So, I thought I had been hearing some noise from my rockers. This morning, I did a valve adjustment. All of the valves were tight, so I adjusted to .006 as per my BugMe Video. I still hear what sounds like a rocker/lifter knocking on what I think is #2.

How do I fix this?

you say they were tight when you adjusted them did they need much loosening?
you may want to pull the cover back off when its cold and recheck them. and if they all check out then move on to another area where the noise could be coming from, possibly an exhaust leak
