I once spun a rod bearing in a small block Chevy motor. Had to buy a new crank and rod. Hopefully you have better luck than me.

Once you get the bearing off you will have to assess the damage to the journal. I would have it looked at by an automotive machine shop. Unless it's really FUBAR'd they may just have to take .010" off the journals and polish them up, pretty standard stuff. Which bearing was it?

It was the rear main bearing. I spoke with John Pierce today. He told me to get it. He told me that the end play was too tight and over heated when it expanded. He said it can be saved. I have an extra brand new case also.

u should not need a new case...u may have to get the crank machined and the case worked but neither is a big deal and pretty inexpensive....snatch the motor up....the good thing is u have the crank, cam and the block that has been machined to accept the larger crank...and probly a realy nice set of heads....2110 is a great engine...

I got it,...no heads,..
they were on my 1776 which is being rebuilt right now. One of the heads had a crack. So I ordered new heads from CB Performance.

THe stroker motor came with case, crank, pistons cylinders, rods, cam. Also with oil cooler and electric fan. and with a ceramic exhaust and muffler. The case is new and aluminum.
