Did the ceramic break but you can still get a wrench in the plug it just won't turn. Is that the deal? If so soak around it with dw40 and let it sit. Couple of days give it some heat.

the head is now in the hands of the professionals over at Third Coast Aircooled Parts. I went by their shop tonight and they opened the doors just for me. Great service.
