He's right about a 009 being a piece... a huge piece. The dual vac ones are for emissions, single advance is all you need. A dual advance uses centrifigul and vac for your timing curve. So basically a single vac dual advance is exactly what you want. The one I linked you too is a quality bosch dizzy, it's worth the money. Do not cheap out on your ignition. Oh ya, fire your mechanic, he's a idiot.
