Rocker/adjuster issue

Post subject:  Rocker/adjuster issue
Went to adjust my valves this morning and I found a couple things that I didn't like.

The first one is obvious. I swapped it out with a spare.

Second, I noticed a wear pattern on the swivel feet and I don't know if that's ok or not. Three had sets of lines and the other was worn in a circular pattern. Should I be concerned with this wear or not?

How did they feel in the cup? doesn't look like they moving freely in there??

Yup, they were free. You can easily swivel them on all axis. The wear marks weren't deep, but I could feel them slightly. The tips of the valves looked normal to me. not like the adusters at all.

I'm assuming that they are supposed to spin like the cam lifters do? It seems to me like the one with circular wear is the most normal.

Also, these aren't new. I put them on at some point between 2001-2004, but this engine hasn't been in the car since 2005ish. Maybe has 15k miles??
