It's rebuildable so you can see what's going on in your engine (e.g. a lot of metal particles, etc).

Do Not Use a Fram Filter!!!! At the very least, Wix or Napa Gold filter (made by Wix)

yep, I heard that fram filter suck..
Jay cee is too expensive for me.

I used to run Fram HP1s, never had an issue...

you don't have to use fram but the numbers make it easier to cross reference to your favorite brand.

Thanks Bruce, I don't know how many times I bought the wrong filter. I finally just took the head in and opened boxes until I found one.
