I thought of that, why did you not say that when you were over here? There has to be another way or a tool.

After thinking about it on the way home, I figured the only way to get it out was to grind it out with a Dremel till it gets thin enough to collapse it/drag it out.

if its a blind hole bushing they do make removal tools for most
