somewhere i think it lost that special german coating..... ohhhhhhh yeaaaa that one has been sitting in the weather for how long...a little earl dirt and fresh grime and back to new.....probly needs a new through out bearing though |

I think what it boils down to Billy if Wayne likes the way his tranny looks now he will leave it raw. If he likes the way a painted tranny looks he can paint it, no harm either way. Although the factory took the time to paint it before it was installed in his car. they where probably stupid as well, not sure why VW would do such a foolish thing. |

i now change my mind.. i say you should paint it...i had one painted and nice and purdy....so you too should waste your time and paint yours...dont miss out on this experience paint away |
