Our vent windows have always been really loose, and a few people have told me that there's a 10mm that could be tightened to make the windows tighter. Well I pulled one of the door panels off and found this:

are you sure becuse on the later 65 and up the Bar is behind the skin.

The bar is behind the skin, but there's nothing to tighten back there.

Yup, Ethan's got it. There is a bar that those bolts bolt to also inside there, you will need the bar and the bolts

you can make the bar out of stock and tap it. the screws you can get at homedepot
