Not too much of a change from the outside but I was most excited about the inside (which I didn't get shots of), closed the gap enough that there aren't any more draft insides from the top of the door.

Do they need to be rebuilt (i.e. re-bushing)? You will be amazed at how much a re-bushing will "pick-up" a door!!![/quote]

Can we expand on this. My passenger door has slop when i do this. I can see the upper hinges moving sepperate from each other when I lift up.

any rust issues their? are you seeing it move at the three bolts or just the door hinge side?

Not moving at the bolts on the body or door, just in the hinge only (the part that pivots).

yep you probably need to install either new or over-sized hinge pins
