1959 bug do not have a seat belt and I would like to add it in.
Any tip to make one?

very simple drill two holes in your pan and mount them, or take the carpet back out and weld a nut to the tunnel and drill the other hole through the pan. in this picture you can see where my seat belts where added in to my 61 pan
just follow the belt to the pan

in this picture you can see the eye hooks the person used to install them. There is no standard spot buy some belts and go to town no wrong or right way.

I'm adding seatbelts on my 63. In that year they had the holes (unlike yours). However, since my pans are replacements I have to drill a hole. I went ahead and got some weld in seat belt plates from CIP1 https://www2.cip1.com/ProductDetails.as ... -20304-SET. You drill a hole through the pan, then weld the plate on the bottom of the car.
