I know I need light bulbs and a step down for the wiper motor and radio. Do most people replace the dash lights also? What about the light in the radio? I don't want to have to have 2 step downs just for the radio. How do I wire in the Alternator? It has 1 post and 1 spade terminal.....

you shouldnt need two reducers for the radio, but you do need one for the wipers unless you just remember to not use it
the wiring on the alternator should be

12v conversions will require a 12v bulb swap for every single bulb on the car, including the radio since it's powered off the gauge dimmer circuit (sapphire's can use a 1813 bulb, fry's carries them for about a $1). You'll need a ballast resistor for the wipers (I measured mine, it's just a high watt 1.5ohm ballast resistor), starter will live for a little while on 12v's, 6v horn's sound super pissed off on 12v, and you'll also want a 12v flasher relay and dimmer relay.
