After much debate I have decided on a CPE 2332. The shop is local, and very hands on. Brian the owner has mapped out the motor for me. Told me about the Pro's and Con's of different parts I suggested, and even has a build thread for his own motor on this site. Very informative...
Between he and Eric Anderson my car may get built here rather than Arizona.

It's not that big of a deal, so far I'm just building engines for dLk, and once I establish a reputation I'll build it up from there! You gotta start somewhere! :P

From what I can see - you're doing it right.
I would like to be up there with you.
wife, two boys, and a dog --funds always tight.

But if today is a indication of the Future - Berg,Crow,
Lummus (quality associated names)will have to add CONKLIN to their list..
