I talked to Darren at BFY today. He called me to resolve a problem I had on their website. I've bought a couple of things from here.

Finally got through to BFY today....the guy was very nice and offered a refund of my money right away. He said the V/Cs showed to be shipped but then he found them lying around in a box. I think BFY will be a LAST resort from now on...

Samba has a thread on these guys in the buyer/seller feedback forum - not very many good remarks.
