Some of the O'riellys or some of the Autozones still turn drums. I think Oriellys on Jones Rd does (281) 469-oo16 or they can tell you which one near you does it.

Yea they turn drums - just not splined ones.. or at least that is what I ran into around my house.. :(

your right Tommie ... O'Rielly's said no ... and the Local Vw parts KARS did not know of one on the north side. It's the Spline issue.

Wayne,

I can do them here at the shop. It really isn't a problem for parts stores to do it either. They just see the splines and freak out. No special adapters are needed.

the splines shouldnt matter in fact it should make it easier since its a flat spot for the tool to tighten against.
