What brands are the best? I know that forged is much better than cast. Also, has anybody ever dealt with pressing in/out king and link pins?

ideally you should start with new king and link bushings, and have them reamed. It takes a special reamer, not every Joe mechanic is gonna have one. Jeff did mine, but I'm sure that Donnie can do it too. BTW, mine are CB wide-5 disk brake spindles ;)
