How hard or how much is the reamer? I know we already talked about the tool to get them out.

several of you have asked me how i rebuild the king pins,here you go

the old bushings are driven out with a driver and the new ones are driven in.the reamer is set to .005 smaller than the king pin size,the alingment cone is set at the opposite end and the reamer is sent through

reamer taking out excess material

using a sunnen power hone the bushings are honed to the king pin size

the knuckles are cleaned in the vat to remove the honing oil and to check final fit

final fit,ready for grease and assembly


these are your kingpin knuckles ryan so you can come get them when you want to.
