ok I have never had a car with a narrowed beam and small tires in front, with that in mind is that why my car handles like shit on wet roads?
its all over the road and the faster I go the worse it is.

What are your tire pressures up front? Also do you have caster shims installed?

no caster shims and I think I run about 25 pounds I am not sure tho
but on dry ground it rides fine.

You possibly have to much caster. Have you had an alignment done? I know on mine, with the same tires, my caster is waaaay off. To compensate, I run 18psi up front and it handles okay in the rain.

(Tires have nothing to do with caster, mines just way off)

I will try lowering the pressure next time it rains and see if it helps.

Ethan,

Modified Pitman Arm? Are you talking about the quick steer kit or something else?
