When James here in Austin went with a lowered narrowed beam he bought it from a guy off samba.. the guy suggested he install everything including the drop spindles and then send back the measurements..

the shocks suggested -are able to fit many applications.. and one of them was for the rear of a mustang..

I say this.. becuase it worked out extremely well for James to find a shock that had travel in the proper area where his specific setup ended up being and not just a basic shock that could be riding way up in the travel zone once installed.
