Here is a picture of my beam as delivered....should show detail of adjusters that were factory installed (guess that still doesn't make them absolutely correct).

The question still stands, what if the upper or lower arms don't rotate freely??? Remove and rebuild???

Thanks again for all your help....

If after removing the adjusters they don't rotate freely I would suggest removing the spindles and see if both are hard to move or if they are fighting each other

The adjusters look like they are not indexed the same? They may be fighting each other.

Well here's the latest. The beam that I had built at Car Craft in Riverside, CA had the incorrect beam for the 2-1/2" dropped spindles!
Should have been EMPIs 2" narrowed beam for dropped spindles with ratchet-style adjusters that the normal height grub screw is right in the middle of the adjuster lock with the ability to raise or lower the front of the car 1/2 of the overall allowable movement...
Also CB Performance has a US made set of torsion leaves that are softer than most of the aftermarket leaves and should give a near stock spring feel. I'm checking with them to see if their leaves will work with the EMPI narrowed beam.

More info as it becomes available.

This is why I never trust anyone to build me anything. People are idiots.

Well, I'm finally on the road again. Rebuilt the beam with "Sway-A-Way" style adjusters, new lowered style ball joints and the CB Performance Products 10% softer torsion leaves. (see pics)
I also put on a set of KYB Excel G shocks. The front end is now lowered with the front apron sheet metal about 4-3/4" off the ground. Looks good, not too low, not too high.
So far the ride is just about like stock. I have also ordered a Whiteline "Over The Top" front sway bar. Should be in tomorrow. Just couldn't make the typical sway bar work as low as it is.
