| Post subject: | chasis and airbags |
I have a 74 super beetle that needs some rust work to the front of the chasis .what's the easiest way to fix ? And I am looking for a airbag kit .. any advice on brands or kits ? Im Trying to do this on a very low budget |

Im Trying to do this on a very low budget Hey there! If you want airbags AND low budget, you're best off designing your own setup if you've got access to the right tools. If you wanted to purchase a kit I think the most common one is from Airkewld. But he's not the cheapest guy around and I don't know if he has a kit for super beetles. If you went with a static drop, you could install drop spindles and adjust the rear. |

I think airkewld has a Super airstrut. They don't make drop spindles for Supers of any year. Too many tie rod and ball joint issues. |
