What kind of shocks is everybody running? We're looking to get new shocks, but unsure of what kind to buy. It'll either be the KYB gas-filled (lowered), or the stock length KYB oil-filled.

I have run-of-the-mill oil shocks on mine, they seem to do the trick and are cheap...

Oil shocks seem to be more forgiving and give a nicer ride over the gas...

We were thinking of lowered gas shocks in front (Kermit only has one pair in stock) and regular length oil in rear (that would raise the car some, would it not?). What's the difference btw. oil and gas-filled shocks?

I run gas KYB shocks on mine. I don't know which is better. I do know when the oil shocks go bad they make a mess.

We ran a 90's fox body mustang with 90/10's and 50/50's
Crazy cool how that thing would just pop up in the front and seem to hold
forever....

Very Cool! 8-)
