I don't even remember what I was looking for when I found this.

I mean it's in Arizona so that sucks right there :P

Thoughts, Opinions, I imagine it would be a lawsuit waiting to happen.

That's awesome! I love Az! I see it's near Kingman and Havasu. Who would sue!?!? No one lives out there. And if they did, they don't have all their teeth anyway! :hillbilly:

I figure that nowadays with people suing anybody over anything at the drop of the hat that it would be a matter of time. Somebody could buy property there, sign waver after waver, and still try to sue.

I mainly figured that if someone decided to sneak onto the actual track and hurt themselves that it would be an issue. But if it is in the middle of nowhere then it might be ok.

I wonder how much the HOA fee's would be? Those tracks won't repay themselves, safety crew for the track on race day!! :help:

I'm with you Yeller, this would only be the beginning of HOW much you'd pay annually. Can't be cheap.... :roll:
