ok, I think I am ready to give welding a try with flux core one more time, either get that punch, or hand punch (up to 1/4inch in size) (or 3/16") keep it hot and after that just move fast, maybe I was not moving fast enough.

guess I will be picking up one of those up and if anyone needs it they can borrow it.

you gotta love harbor freight cheap cheap. great for throw away tools :hillbilly:

Heck ya to that. I wouldnt trust my life to them, but if I needed a special one time tool, then that is the place to go. :hillbilly:

this tool is good for more then one project (maybe two and a half) and if some of the members could get some use out of it before it quit, broke, or whatever then it was definitely worth the price.[/quote]

Oh I know, I was just useing that as an example. I have had some awsome luck with some of the air power tools that I have bought there. I have ripped a socket in half that was from HF, and to be honest I dont even know how I got it. I think my father in law left it at my house. Needless to say I was tick off when I rounded the head of the bolt when it happened. I also tore an adapter in half from there as well. My dad bought their "impact" reducer adapter and the first time I used it, on a ratchet, there it went.

yeah I know, actually when I left Florida I had my tools in storage in a Friends garage and it turns out I could not get them from him, so I am now using the northern tools wrenches instead of 3 toolboxes of high quality tools and air tools.

I just relized this was harbor freight, I hate that drive from missouri city

It happened both before and after I became a moderator. Everytime I log on, I lose different messages at least 3 times. It really sucks when you get on a roll and have a nice message going, and boom you loose it all because I get logged out. This is me at my comp. :argue: Only it doesnt respond, and this is what I want to show my comp. screen :blueguy:
