Sorry but there are not that many MURDERED out, out there as you think. Honestly maybe 5-10 nicely done beetles. I can only think of maybe 5 that I can remember seing. And Black is a bitch to keep nice, so people appreciate them. I think mine is the only All black bug in Houston. I have only seen one other in Texas, I think its in Dallas area.

That car looked pretty cool, but I'm not a big fan of the "murdered out" thing, it doesn't take much creativity to go ape shit with black paint. And its been done a million times...
It takes some time and talent to pull off an all black car with an all black motor. (cough) Haters (cough). I can appreciate any car if its murdered out or all chrome. As long as its done with taste and its quality work..... just because I wouldn't build a car like that I can appreciate it. Why hate on someone who took the time to do all that and have the details to support the work?
We all add details to our cars that people miss, but I didn't add my details for those people I added the details for myself. I like the fact that people notice the details in my car, when they stop and look at it. At the end of the day we build our cars for ourselves, with the hopes someone else will appreciate them. We have to look at cars as works of art.
I am just saying.... I would appreciate a guy that can pull off an all chrome car, but I also appreciate a guy that spent the time in the research to build an all OG car with matching numbers on EVERYTHING, down to the light bulb. Both are still cool, just in different ways.
I still think that is a Bad B*****, and Jason what you are doing looks awesome, but I am a equal opportunity offender, I mean I just love cars for what they look like.
