The more you look at it, the less it looks like it has lug nuts.
It would have to have a custom bolt pattern for Torque Thrust wheels, That's alot of $ to spend on something that looks that bad!!!

If I were to guess I would say it is on jack stands, with the wheels sitting in place for mock up, hence no lugs?
