Someone asked me how to do this, now that the time has changed back from DST. Follow these steps you you want the board to display the correct time: 1) Go to User Control Panel, in the upper right of the board 2) Under Options on the left, click Board Preferences 3) Near the bottom of Edit global settings, select No for Summer Time/DST is in effect Hit Submit at the bottom

Thanks Brian. Since I never really look at the time on the board, I didn't realize I had the settings on eastern time zone all this time!!

Up top you go. Follow the same procedure above but select "yes" for enable DST

kyle66 wrote: Thanks, I thought it was something the board did automatically. There is a setting, but it doesn't affect what individual users see as the time. Some states don't use DST, not all countries do, etc. I guess that's why they leave it on the user level. |
