10 k Rodeo Run

Thought I would post to see if there was any interest.

Feb 27, 2010 5k or 10k run. Proceeds go to the Rodeo Scholarship fund. I started getting in shape at the beginning of the summer. Now I run about 4 nights a week. I can now run over 4 miles without stopping. I'm pretty proud of myself. When I started, I couldn't run half a mile without being out of breath. This is my first 10k. There is time to work your way into shape if you want to join me.

Anyone interested?

I will only run if being chased. It also makes my beer foam up.

ill show my support by drinking in your honor on that special day you run that far..there is a reason the automobile was invented and 10k is one of them
