For the past three years Pat & I go all out decorating the outside of the house. I thought I would post pictures of our 2010 decorations. We took 3rd place in the Roman Forrest home decorating contest. We took 3rd place last year with pretty much a completely different set of decorations. The only holdover is the animated Santa in the middle of the yard. Next years will be "Animations" and the following year will be "blow ups". The neighborhood kids love it and we enjoy putting smiles on the kids (and adults) faces this time of year.

Merry Christmas everyone!

I usually don't put this much time and effort in Christmas lights but this year I figured what the hell

No prizes in our neighborhood other than a sign placed in the front yard identifying what place your house won. 500 bucks would be sweeeeeet!
