As some of you know I'm a Chef.....and I have a bad ass job working for an oil company!!
We make Gingerbread houses every year for the Ronald McDonald House for kids. Its been a tradition for 17 years. We also make houses for employees to decorate with their kids and have Santa and other activities for the people who can't make it to the Gingerbread event. 150 slots are signed up for in about 10 minutes of the E-mail blast going out to the building. Over all we make 250 houses.

This is my centerpiece for the serving area. Its an Oil Derek. There is a chocolate fountain in the top for my "Gushing Oil"
It stands over 7' tall
over 1700 'M&M's were used in the logo.
