on this board. I know elliot has a sweet '59, and Scotty has a sweet '59. Then elliot has a late model split DC too right?

Any others?

I'm working on getting one to be a Houston resident. Did they even try to paint these early ones anything other than dove blue? Everett's got a sealing wax red one, but I think it's a '60

Anyhow, put a deposit on it, dude has a good rep. Trying to get paperwork sorted out, and one of my friends to show up at the guys door to look at it. Too hard to find a DC for a decent price nowadays, this one aint perfect, but looks perfect for me

Eliot's early bullet DC show truck is actually a '60. His driver DC is a later fried egg model.... '63 or '64.

The early bullet DC's ('59 to '61) only came in a few colors. Most were Dove Blue. I've seen Sealing Wax Red and Ivory bullet DC's. Another early bus color is Light Grey, but I've never seen an early DC in that color.

Later fried egg DC's had a few more color options... a nicer red, a white, and a couple of greens... one of my favorite bus colors is Velvet Green.

This one is nowhere near as nice as either of the other 3, but it's within budget. Hard to find nowadays, they used to be pretty easy to score.

A different 59 was just posted on thesamba too. 12k looks like it needs everything but could be cool to just get running and driving
