Does anyone know of a (respectable) auto repair shop that will install customer supplied parts? (For my Mercedes...)

I need to get the A/C compressor replaced.

I've had luck with Christian Bros, but not w customer supplied parts. I think that'll be a little tougher to find. Good luck either way.

Thanks guys. So far it's looking like $1500 vs. $900 if I supply my own parts...

It was a guy that Miguel recommended to me off of Pinemont. Don't know the shop name.

I took my parts (they had cost me $375) and he charged $400 labor to replace the compressor, drier, expansion valve, drive belts, and belt tensioner, and that included the refrigerant and compressor oil. He also repaired an electrical fault that occurred when my old compressor locked up.

So now I have all those new parts as well as new air and cabin filters.
