Thanks! It's a lot of fun, and so far has gobbled up everything I've thrown at it, or thrown it at

That's a great setup you have Brian, we try and get out of the city as much as we can. Although I can see the new cars taking up a bit of that time. Just pulled the engine out of the 62 last night.

Either front main deal or the oil cooler is leaking pretty good.

I think the car had been sitting for quite some time, runs and drives like a champ but didn't like the freeway speeds I was throwing at her. Plan was to pick up and drive it home but ended up towing half way through the trip.

This was how we spent last weekend.

Nothing like the views in the Northwest.

That's a really nice camping setup you've got there Jeff. I really like RTT's, but they're not practical for me at the moment.
The nice thing about putting one on a truck like you've done is its still pretty low profile when closed. On an FJ obviously it adds to the overall height of the vehicle... I wouldn't be able to get into my parking garage at work

Thanks Brian; Yeah we had the RTT on the jeep a few times, way too high up there in my opinion

I prefer the trailer set up much more

In my quest to find a good running 40h to use in the 62 so I could pull the engine out for a vintage speed overhaul I found this late 63 rag with a good runner in it.

Made a deal and brought it home. Really straight car but needs channels and pans. Came with a dry set of OG channels conveniently.

Car has some pretty neat local history. Belonged to a former Seahawks player and was used while he was in high school.

Going to borrow the engine for now. May decide to hold on to it and build it later after the shop is finished.
