your gonna need them type 3 guys to speak up, from what I can see in the pics on the link he has doesnt seem a whole lot there on the driver and from what I have heard parts for notchbacks are not cheap.. Looks like all the panels have fitment issues as well. Seems a lot of money but they may be like type 2 splity's bringing insane cash

EESh!! Maybe I'll stick to Type 1s then... :(
Or a Double Cab :)

Way to much money for those.....T3 does not command top dollar. It should, but it doesn't.......

Both those notch's are pretty rough for that money. So you buy the Driver for 2900, your going to easily spend another 2500-4500 doing the pan (passenger side is toast), replacing that front clip and finding some decent bumpers, rear reflectors, missing badges, missing trim, and who knows what surprises are under the engine lid (I see one of those 4 tip exhausts so anything is possible). Don't forget paint and the interior on a 1500 S is super expensive to do correctly (like $4000 expensive). After everything is said and done your into it at least $20K but the car is only worth 7-15K, 15K if it is 100% correct and perfect. Nate I know you like to go custom so that changes everything, but the bottom line is a custom notch won't be worth what you have into it. Now if your like me and have always wanted one and don't plan on selling it then you just offer the guy $2000 (that is all it's worth in that condition) for the runner and build it the way you want to build it.

65 1500 S is my favorite year, they had the most bling from the factory.

I agree Dylan, they should but they don't.

They are cool cars, but you need to be really picky about what you get. Rust is a huge issue. Don't ask me how I know, but I'm an expert on that subject......
