I have two 4 1/2 and two 5 1/2 4lug thug sprints, but 5.5 is a tough fit on the back of a type 3, so I'd like to find some 4.5's. Mine are painted, not the chrome ones, so that's preferred. I will trade for my 5.5's or pay cash. thanks

Have you done a short Axle conversion? You might end up with the same problem with a 4.5.....

I "Think" it's still long axle, I wont know for sure until the car is delivered tuesday. I'm going to try to get them under the fender, I've done it before on the car below, but it took a lot of inner and outer spline adjusting to get them just right
