Did you mean as a

1) Diverter , Rear-Impact, Body-Protecting, 1 each

or

2) Wing, Down-Force Creating, 1 each ?

Anyway, Yes, you should be able to use
one or more of the following to create the needed structural attachment points.

a) 4.143 meters of Baling Wire ( Baling War' ) or
b) 9.600 meters of Duct Tape ( Duck Tape )
c) 15.33 kgs of JB Weld*

*Bondo may be substituted in emergencies.
