I'm debating on selling this due to me not having the money to fix her up properly.

1965 Beetle w/ title

Everything is stock except engine and the wheels which are junk wheels/tires (4 lug adaptors from the wide 5 stocks). They are just good enough to get it on the trailer.

The transmission is stuck in 2nd gear, theres nasty oil all around the the transmission.

The engine (1600dp) can be included or removed which will change the price. It needs a carb and a rear main seal, maybe a pushrod tube seal or two is leaking some but other than that it was fine. It doesn't have a carb, but the stock manifold (DP solex) is still there.

The interior is stock lowbacks in decent shape, original safire radio AM not working. original speedo that works. Wipers do not work (I believe they are still 6v) and the turn signals don't work I believe. Car ran and drove a little bit before it got stuck in 2nd. Then the brake master cylinder went out. Yes it does have both Pop out windows installed.

The ugly. Needs new floor pans and heater channels at least. There is rust in front of the doors on the body, the hood has rust the aprons are nasty. It looks decent in pics but its not that great in person. The floor pans are hideous. Original driver pan is rusted threw almost behind the seat and the passenger side is new with the PO cutting out the old pan partially and then self tapping bolts into the new pan into the old pan. Headliner shot as well.

It sounds bad but I'll let it go for a fraction of what I paid for it

Without the engine I'm hoping for $500 $750 with the engine. Empi 8 Spokes were sold at TVWC

Only pictures I have currently.

Don't be afraid to make an offer. I accept parts  I'd like to get some Dual Solex 34Pic3's or other misc for my Super.
