Well, the push button took a dump the day of the Classic. Big thanks to Carl for helping me wire it to get in home. So now I need an ignition switch with a key. Let me know who has one and how much.

1965 beetle ignition switch.

I think I might have one I pulled out of a 65 I used to have, but no key. A new aftermarket one is fairly cheap. I'm thinking in the $20 range?

Would prefer an OG, if the repops are anything like the handles I purchased years back I'll pay the extra money for them. I don't know but the last couple of items I purchased repopped were not very well made.

For what it's worth, I have a repop switch in my car and have had no issues with it. Cheap too, like he said, around $20-25.
