It was running like shit then too because the Compufire wasn't tightened down inside the dizzy. It's much better now.

We've put about 1,000 miles on our CPE rebuild motor. Burk, you're going to have to at least get some Kadrons for that 1600 :thumbs:

Yea ill have to get some kadrons at least, its just running a single solex i belive it was taped up so i didnt look good. but i wanna do dual carb setup.

Said yall know of a set of kadrons?

Im a lil strapped for cash at the moment and motors one of the last things im worried about right now. Im going after this one because its cheap and all intact.

I did say the case was worth the three hundred you are spending if it is good, not that you could sale it for 300.
if you were building a stock 1600 and you started out with a new as41 case it will cost you around three hundred, so there for if that case is good it is worth three hundred to you. then you throw in the generator if its good that saves you 80. if the dizzy is good that saves you about 90. if the heads are good that saves you about 150 ect ect ect :thumbs:
