Well it looks like I'm going to have to downsize the fleet to free up some cash.

Before I listed it anywhere else, I figured I'd put it here first.



It is a 4 hood tab, correct aprons 1960 beetle that I was going to use for a parts car for my Oval. It is WAY too clean to use as a parts car, yet just enough project that I don't want to keep it for myself.

The great thing is it has a Megasquirt 3 powered, German plenum fuel injection system on a 1600cc engine. It could use a bit more tweaking during the warm-up tables on the car, but once it is warmed up, it purrs good. Does have an annoying whistle at a certain throttle position, but nothing that really hurts the running of it. I suspect the K&N type filter is not helping quiet it down.

I can send more pictures, but I'd rather you just come by and see / drive it.

I also have an original 36 hp engine, and split case transmission that came with the car that I can give to the new owner. I did not check the numbers before putting it in storage, but looked period correct.

I have $4500 into the car.
