I have 2 steering wheels. One white with provision for horn ring, from a beetle One black one, T3, no provision for horn ring, just bar. Black one needs to be sanded and painted, but other wise solid and not cracked. no horn button White one is cracked and worn, typical used wheel. has horn button with "ring" cut off flat.
