Here are some plates that I will not get to use. $25 per set/pr.

These still have the paper between them

1973 plates with VW in the number sequence

There is no guarranty that any of these will be able to be registered as every office is different on their idea of what is good and what is not good. If you use the Clay rd court house then none of these are for you.
