Any one want a new project?
This is all metal.
The rust is only surface rust.
Cleans with SOS pad
I think only one tire and a few screws are missing.
It is not a vintage toy, it a newer china reproduction.
Some one place something too heavy on top and bent a few parts.
it's would be easy to bend back straight
The last user may have been a bit over the recommended weight limit.
If you are interested its free!
