A somewhat incorrect 1961 sedan. Original 6V and 36hp engine. 6" adjustable beam and 2.5 drop spindles in front with rear lowering bracket. Low and slow.

Just in case you didn't know, DLK makes AWESOME trophies and you can bet Dub Splash 2012 will have some nice ones!!

Check out the two trophies DLK gave away at the Texas VW Classic this year!!! One went to the Club Choice car and the other to Dean Kirsten of Hot VW's for faithfully supporting and reporting on the Texas VW scene. These bad boys are made from quarter inch steel plate :shock:

That is a great picture I agree, and I love this car! My oval will be back to this condition before the end of the year. Love it!!!

Daily Featured Registration: Paul Smith Morgan's Point Resort , Tx

Nice Driver, Bought the truck in 1995. Got it on the road in 1999. Hot VW did a feature on it in June 2000. I've been making improvements on it each year. It was a paint contractors truck back in the day. We went back with the original logos to give it that vintage feel. I drive it to most shows.
