We had a good time! Lots of very nice giveaways for sure. The goody bags were packed with enough snacks and stuff to last a couple of days. I also had a pocket knife in mine.

Hopefully, this will grow into a much larger show next year. There were a little over a dozen VW's and a total of over 30 cars and trucks entered.

My neighbor won 250.00 in cash & gift certificates. Pat and I won close to 150.00 in cash & gift certificates along with some chrome valve covers and a chrome air cleaner . Some of the certificates you had to use at the local market but all that my neighbor won were either for WalMart of Visa gift cards . Their trophies are awesome. I was lucky enough to take home Best Themed VW for my 66. I had my matching luggage on the roof rack along with the picnic basket under the front decklid packed with our Coca-Cola dinnerware.
