Took my 56 with cracked tires and all to the local 4th of July parade. We used some decorations that Pat had put in the yard and on the house. I think the VW looked pretty good:

Thanks! They have a small, but nice parade in the afternoon. Then, a live band plays at the park until dark thirty. The fireworks display they put on is awesome....to the tune of 10K.......all donated funds or raised thru fund raisers.

I remember going to the Roman Forest fireworks one year and we got an up close and personal view of the fireworks; the fireworks detonated withing 20 feet from the ground!
