Just heard from a good friend of mine in the Ft. Worth club that they will limit this show to 300 cars this year. It would be a good idea to pre -enter if this is in fact what they will do. I know that it has become very crowded the last few years but much like Friedricksburg there is a lot of junk stuff entered.

6 weeks away... who's going this year?

I'm gonna give mine a good round of preventative maintenance and fix a couple of small issues. I usually tow to Oklahoma City and convoy through Tulsa, picking up travelling partners along the way. This year I might drive the whole trip solo. If I do, I'll probably take it slower and travel the back roads for the most part. It's hard to pass up Interstates, since you can make such good time, but breaking down by yourself on roads like that can be scary.

Yo Scotty, the Dallas crew is going On that note I've got the cabin again and we've got plenty of room. Who's going?

I'm staying at the Scandia Inn, which is within walking distance of the Joy and the show site. It's 5 separate cabins with individual reserved parking. Me and the Oklahoma crown have all the cabins booked, so it shouldbe a good setup.

You can "experience" the Joy happenings , and when you've had enough.... walk 100yds to the quiet little cabin
