Just wondering if there is anything happening or going on in the Dallas area within the next few months? Kinda interested in meeting up and doing a run or organizing something in the Dallas area. Should y'all know of something or possibly want to do something let me know. I have seen y'alls cars at several shows and would like to meet some people within the Dallas area, seems like the scene is kinda dying down out here. Let me know, thanks

The Fort Worth VolksFolks Club is hosting their 11th Annual VW show in Fort Worth, Texas. Over 28 classes (1st, 2nd and 3rd place trophies) plus Best-Of Awards will be given out. The show is open to all VWs (air and water-cooled). Show registration is only $10 and free to spectators. There will be a vendor and swap meet areas. Swap meet spaces are $10 and Vendors spaces are $20. Registration starts at 8am and awards start at 3pm.
The facility offers many shade trees, covered pavilions, playgrounds, clean bathrooms, and free amusement-type rides for the kiddos. The club will be selling hotdogs and drinks for 50 cents. Please note that alcohol and pets are NOT permitted in the facility.

Since I am new to the scene here in Dallas and if y'all would want maybe we can meet up. It would be cool to meet up with people that I have seen at past shows and possibly meet people here in the Dallas area. Let me know if this is feasible or something we can do.
