.. i just think as a whole (community) this could turn into something EPIC.. to see 50 plus vws driving down 45 into galveston would be sick! i will get on top of lifting any ban that was set on our board, i dont see that being very mature in any aspect we are all grown ass men... well i hope to see some if not all at the cruise..

ok so if you guys are wanting to go,here is the plan all of us will be meeting at 845 at greenspoint mall parking lot.. so we can all cruise down 45 to meet BAVWC, and ERKULD VW CLUB.. i have been in contact with the GM at THE SPOT in Galveston and they have agreed to let us cruise there and park cars for a while so we can grab a quick bite and let the cars rest.. i am wanting to cruise the seawall and eventually head into Bolivar.. i was told there is a back way in, is this true? so we can avoid getting on the ferry from the galveston side and we can catch the ferry back over? some ppl from NHVWC and HVWC are planning on camping in Bolivar, but that is up to whoever..

as of right now clubs participating are

DHK
DLK hopefully :thumbs:

LOW BUDGET
NHVWC
HVWC
ERKULD
BAVWC

I really hope to see some of you guys out there with us

It's quite a trip but you head back up to I-10 east and turn at Winnie tx and follow it all the way to the water.

Pretty far and nothing to see just highway. I would take the ferry.
