Thought I would start a thread about my sightings out here. There are VW's everywhere out here, I am going to try to start to do a better job of taking pics when I see them.

Yeah, I know they're kind of sucky, but I bought my phone for it's other features (Moto Q), not for the camera. Besides, any camera you could put on a phone would just seem lame to me, since I usually shoot with a D300 ;)

Here's today's sightings. My wife and I went out to Seal beach this evening to check it out, and we saw a few nice cars...

Pretty nice bug, appeared to be a 67...

I don't know what the hell this was, but I DIG IT! Well, not so much the color, lol. It was rear engine, and I could see through the deck lid a little and it looked like it might have had a Porsche engine in it... I suppose it was a kit car of some type. We saw it later on the road, looked like it would be a lot of fun!

I think it is a kit car trying to look like the opel gt and I dont' recall fiat making such a car not that I can remember
